Business Development Manager

  1. Work with Directors to define and implement new business strategies and tactics to achieve targets
  2. Maintain the knowledge of the evolving digital marketing industry
  3. New business sales, generate leads and close new profitable and sustainable business opportunities including active prospecting, networking thereby maintaining your own business pipeline
  4. To identify cross sell opportunities and ensure that you identify which of the suite of our solutions is right for each client
  5. Provide marketing reports to the senior management team
  6. Ensuring that one on one meeting with the client is fixed up for better business prospects
  7. Making presentations to the client on Company’s business and functioning
  8. Nurturing relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
  9. Revenue generation through new and existing clients
  10. Ensure that the client database is kept up to date and prospective clients are followed up with on regular basis, responsible for timely reports that go to the client for smooth functioning
  11. Process management and ensure that relative paperwork is complete and up to date
  12. Build a positive image for the agency and its capabilities via marketing and public relations campaigns, paid media, social marketing, and targeted stakeholder engagements
  13. Manage social assets Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc leveraging business opportunities
  14. Support public relations efforts liaise with internal team and ensure integration of marketing strategy within agency-wide communications efforts
  15. Serve as brand steward for internal communications
  16. Work with the cross functional teams on global & local marketing and branding efforts
  17. Cultivate and manage partnership marketing opportunities
  18. Manage annual calendar of marketing activities
  19. Manage agency award process applications, deadlines, case study rewriting, video production, scripts etc. thereby representing the agency in the industry
  20. Manage administrative tasks related to marketing and new business processes
