  • Skill set - Brand strategy, Campaign execution, Leadership, Workflow Management, Verbal, written and visual presentation, Effective communication, Crisis management
  • Managing a cluster of brands with a team of Managers and manage team operations for smooth functioning

Key Responsibility -

  • The ability to think about clients' problems with regards to the objectives to be achieved through Digital Media (on various Digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Mobile) and pitch creative solutions
  • Understanding of different industries and/or the ability to grasp knowledge about these industries while onboarding or pitching to a new client
  • Understanding the brief and creating digital marketing strategies that align and support clients plans to align with current campaigns and to plan for new engagements that will bridge the gap.
  • Direct the team of managers to conduct thorough research on assigned brands/projects/pitches also including but not limited to new trends, on-going campaigns, creative innovation
  • Lead client calls, manage timely delivery of campaign-level briefs, and maintain high quality on presentations along with the team
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to derive the approach for brand or movie/show/music launch campaigns, influencer campaigns or social media strategies
  • Provide qualitative and relevant solutions to the team on projects and manage time or quality crisis
  • Craft interesting and disruptive concepts for various requirements
  • Besides Client briefing, identify opportunities and/or challenges in a business where creative assets can provide a solution, identifying the unmet needs and goals of the clients.
  • Monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings.
  • Strong focus on coming up with Innovative & Interactive Digital Media Campaigns & Ideas for the client. Focus on driving innovation, impact and creativity for the client.
  • Work on building Case Study narratives for submitting to awards that help the organization
  • Manage alignment of resources and tasks
  • Set internal processes for smooth operations

  • 1-2.5 years of experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics.
  • Experience working in an Agency.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Creative thinking, attention to details and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expertise in editing promos, audio mixing, colour grading.
  • Flexibility in work hours.
  • Open to work on weekends.
  • Ability to multitask and work on projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibility -

  • Catering to internal as well as external Video Editing needs.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of quality work on committed turnaround time while following brand guidelines.
  • Understanding the client requirements and completing the end-to-end execution of the project.
  • Research and keep up to date on competitors' work and new trends.
  • Coordinate with the necessary internal teams (Account Management and Creative) before finalizing the edits.
  • Brainstorming and ideation sessions with the Video Producers and Creative teams.
  • Work with the Video Producers, Video Animators, and Creative teams closely.
  • Work on the post-production part of the project.
  • Creating strong case studies of WRM campaigns.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

  • Understanding of various industries and business categories and/or the ability to grasp knowledge about these industries while onboarding or pitching to a new client
  • Understanding the brief and creating brand strategies that align and support clients digital business plans to align with current campaigns and to plan for
  • Direct the team to conduct thorough research on assigned brands/projects/pitches also including but not limited to new trends, on-going campaigns, digital innovation
  • Manage timely delivery of campaign-level briefs, lead creative strategy projects and maintain high quality on presentations
  • Craft interesting and disruptive concepts for various requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to brainstorm/ ideate for brand campaigns.
  • Making presentation decks on a daily/weekly basis along with the juniors, effectively QC’ing the same before submission and review
  • Attending in-person / virtual client meetings to present, pitch strategies & decks formulated by the team
  • Provide qualitative and relevant guidance to the team on projects.
